Women’s Self Defense
*Groups of 8 or more (by appointment available)
This workshop focuses on a simple and practical system that is congruent with your emotional and psychological state during a confrontation. The training uses a person’s reflex action in threatening situations as a basis for defense. We will focus on the three D’s: how to detect danger, how to defuse and de-escalate, and if push comes to shove, how to defend.
-75 minutes each class.
Personal 1-on- 1 Boxing
Beginner to advanced- It doesn’t matter what background you have. We’ll begin with the fundamentals of boxing and gradually increase your stamina, technique, and strength by incorporating mitt work. This one-on-one experience is your chance for some focused boxer training.
